Hi, I’m Emma!

Emma Connolly is a 200-hour RYT, certified through Yoga of Energy Flow, and is currently advancing her studies in Down Under’s 300-hour YTT program. With a lifelong passion for movement and fitness, she discovered yoga after stepping away from competitive sports in high school. That first hot vinyasa class was a turning point, sparking an obsession with testing her physical and mental limits through the practice. After five years of dedicated practice, Emma felt called to teach, hoping to share the transformation she experienced and help others find strength, balance, and growth through yoga.

Emma believes that the core is the foundation of all movement—essential for stabilizing muscles, preventing injury, and elevating the yoga practice. Students can expect creative core-focused sequences woven into her athletic, strength-based flows, helping them build power, endurance, and control on and off the mat.

Beyond the physical, Emma approaches every practice with deep gratitude. She sees movement as a privilege and an opportunity to challenge, explore, and grow. Her goal as a teacher is to help students push past perceived boundaries, reconnect with their bodies, and leave class feeling stronger, more balanced, and empowered.
